Whether it's the guitar you no longer strum or the unused piano gathering dust in the corner, instruments are top sellers. Make sure you factor in postage as it could be expensive (for an estimate, use Royal Mail price finder) or set your listing for collection only.

There's a steady demand for vintage goods (even the 1980s count as vintage now!) from younger generations. While sites like Depop and Vinted are your best bet for selling clothes, antique items, including furniture and jewellery, are good options to sell on eBay. Art Deco, Art Nouveau and Modernist pieces are especially attractive to buyers.
